The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of enneagram program for children on the adjustment elementary school student's school life.
The research results led to the following conclusions:
First, the more upward result in the statistical significance of average score among the
experimental group than the controlled group. This shows enneagram is useful for the improvement of adjustment for elementary school student' school life.
Second, in the lower domains of the adjustment of school life, enneagram is effective for
significant improvement of peer relationship and school rule and regulation score. However,
there is no meaningful difference in the relationship with teachers and school marks. Therefore,
among other things, the enneagram program is effective for the adjustment of school life in
the area of peer relationship and school rule and regulation.

본 연구의 목적은 아동용 에니어그램 프로그램이 초등학생의 학교적응에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 있다. 본연구 과정을 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 아동용 에니어그램 프로그램을 실시한 실험집단이 통제집단보다 평균 점수에 유의미한차이를 보였다. 이는 아동용 에니어그램 프로그램이 초등학생의 학교생활적응도를 향상시키는데 효과가 있다는 것을 나타낸다.
둘째, 본 연구에서 적용한 아동용 에니어그램 프로그램이 학교생활 적응의 하위 영역(교사․학생관계, 교우관계, 학교환경, 학교수업, 학교생활)중에서 교사 학생 영역을 제외한 모든 영역에서 통제집단과 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 아동용 에니어그램 프로그램은 교우관계영역에서 특히 효과적이라 할 수 있다.
