If we prehensioned Human-being as a priori substance, Human life defined 'human-being-life'. The other side, If we prehensioned Human-being as the reality of generation and process, Human life defined 'being-being-life'. This study is discussed on the Generated view on Human in Heagang Choi-hanki's Thought shared with Whitehead's Thought recognized not 'What is Human-being?'as a priori substance but 'How live Humna-being?'as the generative reality. In Heagang's Thought, the Woonwha-Ki as the foundation of generation is not a priori substance but reality be reborn with generation and change. Living Human being also is creative existence always be reborn through Chucheac(推測) and Byuntong(變通), wide experience and sustained study, be realized itself in the relationship and be achieved the big one community.

존재를 영원불변의 선험적 실체로 파악한다면 인간 삶은 존재적․실체적인 ‘human being’(사람되어 있음)의 삶으로 정의될 것이다. 반면 존재를 생성과 과정의 실재로 파악한다면 인간 삶은 생성적․실재적인 ‘being human’(사람 되어가기)의 삶으로 정의될 수 있다. 이 소론은 존재적 실체로서의 ‘인간은 무엇인가?’가 아닌 생성적 실재로서의 ‘인간은 어떻게 살아가는가?’에 대한 철학적 성찰을 보여주는 화이트헤드적 사유와 맥락을 같이 하는 혜강 최한기의 생성론적 인간관을 살펴본 것이다. 혜강에게 있어 생성의 근원인 운화기는 선험적 실체가 아닌 생성과 변화를 거듭하는 실재일 따름이다. 살아있는 인간 또한 추측과 변통, 경험과 공부를 통해 매 순간 거듭나며 관계 속에서 자신을 실현하고 대동을 이루어가는 창조적 실존일 따름이다.
