This study contains the topics of Humanism in Education is to be recognized the value and dignity of human being and understood human nature at the level of deep structure. Today the inhuman phenomenon in school education is fallen from the practical and instrumental relationship between students and teachers by the large size of school and overpopulation. The teaching method is practiced by cramming system of education and the learner is fallen from the object. The uniform education alienates the mechanized teachers and students from school organization. The healing method of these pathological phenomena can be found in human educational program.

인간주의란 인간의 가치와 존엄성을 인식하고, 인간의 본질을 심층적 차원에서 이해하려는 것이다. 오늘의 학교교육에서 나타나는 비인간화 현상을 열거하자면 학교의 대형화와 학급의 과밀화로 학생과 교사의 관계를 사무적․도구적 관계로 전락시켰다. 다음으로는 학생은 시간표에 따라 반복적 수업만 강요당함으로서 학습자의 요구가 반영되기 어렵다는 것이다. 수업방법이 주입식 강의로 이루어지며, 학습자는 객체로 전락된다는 것이다. 학교사회의 획일화는 교사와 학생을 기계화시켜 그들을 학교조직으로부터 소외시킨다. 이러한 학교의 병리적 현상을 치유하는 방법은 교육의 인간화 방안에서 찾을 수 있다.
