This study analyzed the factors influencing visitor satisfaction based on experiential elements, using the Siheung Carbon Neutrality Experience Center as a case study and employing regression analysis and ordered logistic regression analysis. The analysis revealed that the experiential elements of the Carbon Neutrality Experience Center had a significant positive effect on overall satisfaction, in the order of sensory experience, behavioral experience, and emotional experience, while relational experience was found to have a negative effect. For overall satisfaction, the ‘comfort’ factor had the greatest positive impact, followed by ‘aesthetic beauty’ and ‘environmental ethics’ with high odds ratios. In terms of content satisfaction, ‘aesthetic beauty’ emerged as the most critical factor, whereas ‘information delivery and understanding’ was identified as the most crucial determinant for infrastructure satisfaction. Therefore, rather than focusing on simple knowledge delivery, carbon neutrality experience centers need to introduce immersive designs that stimulate the five senses and offer customized programs that induce short-term behavioral changes in daily life. Furthermore, spatial composition strategies centered on storytelling are required in connection with local environmental characteristics so that visitors can feel comfortable, relax, and stay engaged.

본 연구는 시흥시 탄소중립체험관을 사례로 회귀분석 및 순서형 로지스틱 분석을 활용하여 체험요소가 방문객 만족도에 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 탄소중립체험관의 체험요소는 감각적 체험, 행동적 체험, 감성적 체험 순으로 전체 만족도에 유의미한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 관계적 체험은 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 전체 만족도에는 편안함 요인이 가장 큰 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 그 다음으로 심미적 아름다움과 환경윤리 순으로 높은 오즈비를 나타냈다. 콘텐츠 만족도에는 심미적 아름다움이 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났으며 인프라 만족도에는 정보전달 이해도가 가장 중요한 결정요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 탄소중립체험관이 단순한 지식 전달을 넘어 오감을 자극하는 몰입형 디자인을 도입하고 일상 속 단기적 행동 변화를 유도하는 맞춤형 프로그램이 필요하다. 더하여 지역의 환경 특성과 연계하여 방문객이 편안하게 휴식하며 흥미를 느낄 수 있는 스토리텔링 중심의 공간 구성 전략이 필요하다.
