This descriptive survey study examined the influence of self-directed learning, academic selfefficacy, and critical thinking disposition on self-leadership among nursing students. The participants were 208 nursing students enrolled in the Department of Nursing at a university in G City. Data were collected from March 10 to 20, 2026, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, the t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 26.0. Self-directed learning, academic self-efficacy, critical thinking disposition, and self-leadership were significantly and positively correlated. stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that self-directed learning, critical thinking disposition, and academic achievement were significant predictors of self-leadership, explaining 58.0% of the variance. These findings suggest that systematic programs designed to strengthen self-directed learning ability and critical thinking disposition are needed to enhance self-leadership among nursing students.

연구는 간호대학생의 자기주도학습, 학업적자기효능감 및 비판적사고성향이 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 실시된 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 G광역시 소재 대학의 간호학과에 재학 중인 간호대학생 208명이다. 자료수집은 2026년 3월 10일부터 20일까지 실시되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 26.0 program을 이용하여 서술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, stepwise multiple regression을 실시되었다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 셀프리더십이 자기주도학습(r=.698 p<.001), 학업적자기효능감(r=.383, p<.001) 및 비판적사고성향(r=.609, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 또한 회귀분석결과, 간호대학생의 자기주도학습, 비판적사고성향, 학업성취도가 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 변수(F=96.364, p<.001)로 나타났으며, 58.0%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 셀프리더십을 높이기 위해 자기주도학습능력과 비판적사고성향을 고려한 체계적인 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.
