This study examined the knowledge structures of AI utilization competency research and ESG competency research in Korean business and organizational contexts. We selected 56 articles from RISS. We then conducted keyword co-occurrence network analysis, centrality analysis, Louvain clustering, and convergence analysis. All AI utilization competency studies were published in 2023 or later. They were closely linked with digital transformation. ESG competency research was divided into two clusters: ESG components and firm value, and ESG management practice. The two research areas were connected by only one link, and the convergence index was .014. This shows that links between the two areas are very sparse. Digital competency and dynamic capability served as bridging concepts between the two areas. Innovation competency was not explicitly observed at the author keyword level. These results suggest that convergence research is still at an early stage in Korea. Future studies should examine AI utilization competency and ESG execution competency together at the level of organizational members.

본 연구는 국내 경영･조직 맥락에서 AI활용역량과 ESG역량 연구의 지식구조와 융합 양상을 계량서지학적으로 탐색하고자 했다. RISS를 통해 최종 56편의 문헌을 선별한 뒤, 키워드 동시출현 네트워크 분석, 중심성 및 클러스터링, 융합도 지수 등을 수행했다. 분석 결과, AI활용역량 연구는 2023년 이후 집중적으로 등장해 디지털전환과 결합된 반면, ESG역량 연구는 구성요소와 실행 맥락으로 이원화되어 있었다. 두 영역은 단 1개의 연결선으로만 이어져 융합도 지수 .014의 연결이 매우 희소한 분리 경향을 보였으며, 디지털역량과 동태적역량이 두 영역을 잇는 교량 개념으로 확인되었다. 결론적으로 국내 연구는 두 역량 간 융합 연구가 아직 초기 단계에 있으며, 혁신의 기제는 혁신역량이라는 독립 구인보다 동태적 역량과 디지털역량을 통해 다루어지고 있었다. 향후 연구로는 조직 구성원의 AI활용역량과 ESG실행역량을 유기적으로 통합하는 실증적 연구가 시급히 수행되어야 한다.
