This study examined the effects of college students' disability-related experiences on inclusive attitudes and verified the mediating role of disability acceptance attitudes. Disability-related experiences were classified into positive and negative dimensions, while disability acceptance attitudes were divided into cognitive acceptance and behavioral acceptance. The results showed that uncomfortable and difficult interaction experiences and prejudice/social distance formation experiences had negative effects on cognitive acceptance, and prejudice/social distance formation experiences also had a negative effect on behavioral acceptance. In contrast, direct interaction experiences, disability awareness education and learning experiences, and empathy/supportive action experiences had positive effects on both cognitive and behavioral acceptance. In addition, both cognitive acceptance and behavioral acceptance had significant positive effects on inclusive attitudes. These findings suggest that inclusive attitudes among college students are strengthened not merely by disability-related experiences themselves, but through the process of understanding and accepting disability. This study provides basic implications for designing disability awareness education and inclusive programs in higher education.

본 연구는 대학생의 장애 관련 경험이 포용적 태도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이 과정에서 장애수용태도의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 장애 관련 경험을 긍정적·부정적 경험으로 구분하고, 장애수용태도를 인지적 수용성과 행동적 수용성으로 구성하여 구조방정식모형으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 상호작용의 불편·어려움 경험과 편견·거리감 형성 경험은 인지적 수용성에 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 편견·거리감 형성 경험은 행동적 수용성에도 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 직접적 상호작용 경험, 장애이해교육 및 학습 경험, 공감·지원 행동 경험은 인지적 수용성과 행동적 수용성 모두에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 인지적 수용성과 행동적 수용성은 모두 포용적 태도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 대학생의 포용적 태도가 단순한 경험 축적만으로 형성되는 것이 아니라, 장애를 이해하고 수용하는 태도를 통해 강화됨을 시사한다. 본 연구는 대학 내 장애이해교육과 포용 프로그램의 방향 설정을 위한 기초자료를 제공한다.
