This study aimed to examine the effects of news literacy, sense of community, and civic consciousness on organizational socialization among nursing students. Participants were 168 nursing students from the G region, and data were collected from March 3 to March 14, 2026. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis (Enter method) with SPSS/WIN 22.0. The mean scores were 2.89±0.77 for news literacy, 3.13±0.70 for sense of community, 4.18±0.61 for civic consciousness, and 3.67±0.59 for organizational socialization. Organizational socialization was positively correlated with sense of community (r=.631, p<.001) and civic consciousness (r=.414, p<.001). Multiple regression analysis revealed that civic consciousness (β=.535, p<.001), sense of community (β =.201, p=.003), and academic performance (β=-.420, p=.002) were significant predictors of organizational socialization, whereas news literacy was not a significant predictor (β=-.055, p=.375). The model explained 47.6% of the variance in organizational socialization. These findings suggest that enhancing civic consciousness and sense of community may facilitate organizational socialization among nursing students.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 뉴스리터러시, 공동체의식 및 민주시민의식이 조직사회화에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상자는 G지역 간호대학생 168명이었으며, 자료수집은 2026년 3월 3일부터 3월 14일까지 실시되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 평균과 표준편차, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients 및 multiple regression analysis(Enter method)로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 뉴스리터러시, 공동체의식, 민주시민의식 및 조직사회화의 평균 점수는 각각 2.89±0.77점, 3.13±0.70점, 4.18±0.61점, 3.67±0.59점이었다. 조직사회화는 공동체의식(r=.631, p<.001) 및 민주시민의식(r=.414, p<.001)과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 민주시민의식(β=.535, p<.001), 공동체의식(β=.201, p=.003) 및 평균 평점(β=-.420, p=.002)이 조직사회화의 유의한 영향요인으로 확인되었으며, 뉴스리터러시는 유의한 영향요인으로 나타나지 않았다(β=-.055, p=.375). 회귀모형의 설명력은 47.6%였다. 본 연구 결과는 간호대학생의 조직사회화를 향상시키기 위해 민주시민의식과 공동체의식을 강화하는 교육 전략이 필요함을 시사한다.
