An online information service is a strategy that can maximize the usability of document heritage designated as national treasures or treasures. To fully understand these document heritage, there needs to be enough information on their context, designation value, and the records themselves. This study aimed to find ways to systematically provide rich information about?document heritage while recognizing the national and historical importance of those designated as national treasures or treasures. By tracking the designation process of the treasure ?Park Ji-won’s Yeolha Ilgi Draft Manuscripts Collection?, the study examined highly usable records produced during the designation process, and proposed a way to organize and provide this information through collection-level organization or series-level description. By moving away from delivering fragmented information about document heritage designated as national treasures or treasures and offering rich details on content, structure, and context, people can better understand and use the value and content of these heritage records.

국보․보물 기록유산에 대한 실물 접근이 어려운 현실에서 시공간의 제약을 벗어나 활용성을 극대화할 수 있는 전략이 온라인 정보서비스이다. 기록유산을 온전히 이해하기 위해서는 맥락 정보와 지정 가치, 기록유산 자체에 대한 정보가 충분히 전달되어야 한다. 본 연구는 국보․보물 기록유산이 갖는 국가적․역사적 중요성을 인식하고 기록유산에 대한 풍부한 정보를 체계적으로 제공하기 위한 방법을 모색하고자 하였다. 보물로 지정된 ｢박지원 열하일기 초고본 일괄｣의 지정 과정을 추적하여 지정 과정 중에 생산된 활용성이 높은 기록을 조사했으며, 이 기록을 정리하여 제공하는 방법으로 국보, 보물 컬렉션 단위의 조직과 시리즈 단위의 기술을 제안하였다. 국보․보물 기록유산에 대한 단편적 정보 전달에서 벗어나 내용, 구조, 맥락에 대한 풍부한 정보를 제공했을 때 기록유산의 가치와 내용을 제대로 이해하고 활용할 수 있다.
