This study analyzed the alignment between university curricula and industry job competencies and proposed a framework for student job competency assessment. Semantic similarity between courses at University A and the National Competency Standards (NCS) was analyzed using Sentence-BERT. Course-level linkages were aggregated at the department level to identify industry job competencies and were further summarized by academic major group. Engineering showed strong linkages with machinery, information and communications, electrical and electronics, and construction; arts and culture with culture, arts, design and broadcasting, and information and communications; health and life sciences with chemistry and biotechnology, and environment, energy and safety; and humanities and social sciences with business, accounting and administration, and finance and insurance. In addition, a job competency assessment service was implemented using department-level NCS linkages and performance criteria. This study presents a data-driven framework linking university curricula, standardized industry job competencies, and student competency assessment.

본 연구는 대학 교육과정과 산업 직무역량 간의 연계성을 분석하고 이를 학생 직무역량 진단에 활용하는 체계를 제안하였다. A대학 교육과정의 교과목과 NCS를 대상으로 Sentence-BERT 기반 의미적 유사도를 분석하고, 교과목 수준의 연계 결과를 학과 교육과정 단위로 통합하여 학과별 산업 직무역량의 특성을 파악하였다. 논문에서는 이를 계열 수준으로 집약하여 제시한 결과, 공학계열은 기계·정보통신·전기전자·건설, 문화예술계열은 문화·예술·디자인·방송과 정보통신, 보건생활계열은 화학·바이오와 환경·에너지·안전, 인문사회계열은 경영·회계·사무와 금융·보험 중심의 연계 특성을 보였다. 또한 학과별 NCS 연계 결과와 수행준거를 기반으로 학생이 자신의 직무역량을 평가할 수 있는 진단 서비스를 구현하였다. 본 연구는 대학 교육과정–표준화된 산업 직무–학생 직무역량을 연계하는 데이터 기반 활용체계를 제시하였다는 데 의의가 있다.
