A Study on the Development of an AI Ministry Competency Model and Curriculum for Diversifying Ministry in an Era of Great Transition

- Purpose of Research : This study aimed to develop an AI ministry competency model and a curriculum to strengthen related competencies, aimed at enhancing the adaptability of AI technology to revitalize the Korean church in this era of great transformation. Research Content and Method : To achieve this, a literature review was conducted to identify 12 competency elements: "Understanding the Biblical Relationship between Humans and AI," "Christian AI Ethics," "Basic Understanding of AI," "Application of AI Principles," "Utilization of AI Technology," "Edutech Integration," "AI Integration for Pastoral (Administrative) Ministry," "AI Integration for Praise Ministry," "AI Integration for Evangelism/Missionary Ministry," "AI Integration for Worship (Preaching) Ministry," "AI Integration for Counseling Ministry," and "AI Integration for Education (Church) Ministry." The relationships among these competency elements were then synthesized to develop a competency model. Based on this competency model, a curriculum consisting of 44 subjects was developed. The model and curriculum were validated through an expert Delphi process, and the first Delphi round confirmed the validity of both the model and curriculum. Conclusion and Suggestions : The implications of this study are that it provides a competency model and curriculum for developing adaptable talent in an era of great transformation.

- 연구목적 : 본 연구는 대전환의 시대 한국교회의 부흥을 위해 AI 기술 적응 능력 향상을 위해 AI 목회 역량 모형을 개발하고, 관련 역량 강화를 위한 교육과정을 개발하기 위해서 수행되었다. 연구내용 및 목적 : 이를 위해서 문헌을 분석해서 ‘성경적 인간과AI 관계 이해 역량, 기독교AI 윤리, AI 기본 이해, AI 원리 적용, AI 기술의 활용, 에듀테크 융합, 목양(행정)사역AI 융합, 찬양사역AI 융합, 전도/선교사역AI 융합, 예배(설교)사역AI 융합, 상담사역AI 융합, 교육(교회)사역AI 융합’ 까지 12개의 역량 요소를 도출하였고, 도출된 역량 요소의 관계를 종합하여 역량 모형을 개발하였다. 역량 모형을 기반으로 44개 교과목으로 구성된 교육과정이 개발되었다. 모형과 교육과정은 전문가 델파이를 통해서 타당성을 검증하였으며, 1차 델파이 검증에서 모형과 교육과정이 타당한 것으로 검증되었다. 결론 및 제언 : 본 연구의 시사점은 대전환의 시대 적응적 인재 양성을 위한 역량모형과 교육과정을 제공한 것이다.

- 한국에 복음이 들어오고, 교회가 설립된 것은 19세기 말이었다. 해방이 되면서 한국교회는 더욱 발전하게 되었고 그에 따라 기독교교육의 중요성과 필요성도 강조되게 되었다. 그러한 과정에 기독교교육을 전공한 학자들이 귀국함에 따라 그들을 중심으로 한국기독교교육학회를 결성할 필요성을 느껴 설립하게 되었다. 한국기독교교육학회의 설립 목적은 기독교교육학의 이론적 발전과 실천을 위한 연구와 장을 확대해가려는 것이다. 그리고 학자들간의 연구교류와 교제를 위한 장을 마련하기 위하여 본 학회를 1960년에 설립하였다.
