This study aimed to investigate the effects of critical thinking disposition and attitudes toward AI on AI ethics among nursing students using a descriptive correlational study. The subjects of this study were 185 nursing students, and data collection was conducted through a self-report questionnaire from May 1 to May 20, 2026. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, one-way ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 26.0. The attitude toward AI of nursing students showed a significant positive correlation with the critical thinking disposition(r=.688, p<.001) and the AI ethics consciousness(r=.427, p<.001). In addition, the factor that most affects the AI ethics was the critical thinking disposition(β=.62, p<.001), followed by the attitude toward AI(β=.17, p=.004), and the total explanatory power was 49.2%.

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 비판적 사고성향과 인공지능에 대한 태도가 인공지능 윤리의식에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 대학생 185명으로 자료 수집은 2026년 5월 1일부터 5월 20일까지 자가보고식 설문지를 통해 이루어졌다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 26.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, t-검정, 피어슨 상관계수, 일원 분산 분석 및 단계적 다중 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 인공지능 윤리의식은 비판적 사고성향(r=.688, p<.001) 및 인공지능에 대한 태도(r=.427, p<.001)와 각각 서로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 또한 인공지능 윤리의식에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인은 비판적 사고성향(β=.62, p<.001)이었고 다음으로 인공지능에 대한 태도(β=.17, p=.004)로 총 설명력은 49.2%였다.
