Objectives The purpose of this study was to present the sustainability of university-based designated sports clubs. Methods A Delphi survey was conducted with 20 sports club experts to identify the key components of the administrative support system. Based on the Delphi findings, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was employed to evaluate the relative importance of each factor. The priorities of the administrative support components were then analyzed using global weights. The results were used to derive policy priorities for sustainable club management. Results Financial support was identified as the highest-priority factor. Operational funding, the establishment of a university-based designated sports club category, facility maintenance support, compensation for public facility sharing, and revisions to the Sports Club Act were the highest-priority policy tasks. Conclusions An integrated administrative support system centered on financial support is essential for the sustainability of university-based designated sports clubs. The findings provide policy implications for strengthening administrative support within South Korea's sports club system.

이 연구는 목적은 대학 기반 지정스포츠클럽의 지속가능성을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 스포츠클럽 전문가 20명을 대상으로 델파이 조사를 시행하여 행정지원체계의 핵심 구성요인을 도출하였으며, 델파이 분석 결과를 바탕으로 AHP 분석을 수행하여 각 요인의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 행정지원체계는 5개의 상위요인과 15개의 하위요인으로 구성되었으며, 상위요인 중에서는 재정지원이 가장 높은 우선순위를 나타냈다. 또한, 가중치 분석 결과, 운영비 지원, 대학 기반 지정스포츠클럽 유형 신설, 시설 유지보수 지원, 대학 체육시설 개방에 대한 보상체계 마련, 스포츠클럽법 개정이 가장 우선으로 추진되어야 할 정책과제로 도출되었다. 이러한 결과는 대학 기반 지정스포츠클럽의 지속가능성을 확보하기 위해서는 재정적 안정성을 중심으로 제도적 지원, 시설지원, 세제지원 및 대학 차원의 지원이 유기적으로 연계된 통합적 행정지원체계가 필요함을 시사한다. 따라서 이 연구는 대학 기반 지정스포츠클럽의 행정지원체계 강화를 위한 실질적인 정책적 시사점을 제공하며, 우리나라 스포츠클럽 정책체계 내에서 대학 기반 지정스포츠클럽의 지속가능성을 유지하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.
