Existing leadership theories have offered significant insights into community transformation; however, they do not adequately account for the divine origin of authority. To address this limitation, this study critically examines contemporary ecclesial leadership discourse and proposes a Kerygmatic Authority Confirmation Model grounded in the theological structure of authority presented in the New Testament. From a biblical-theological perspective, this study understands God as the One who speaks and defines the kerygma as a Word-event through which God’s reign is actualized. Drawing on Speech Act Theory as its hermeneutical framework, it interprets preaching as a performative event rather than the mere transmission of information. Focusing on Acts 2, the study analyzes how the Pentecost kerygma leads to repentance, faith, baptism, the formation of the church, and communal maturity through didache. The findings demonstrate that authority is grounded in divine revelation and apostolic commission, manifested through the proclamation of the Word, and publicly confirmed within the believing community. Furthermore, by interpreting kerygma, baptism, the Lord’s Supper, and didache as an integrated event structure, this study presents an ecclesiological model that explains both the mode of the church’s existence and the process through which spiritual authority is publicly confirmed.

기존 리더십 이론은 공동체 변화에 중요한 통찰을 제공하였으나 권위의 신적 기원을 충분히 설명하지 못한다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 본 연구는 현대 교회 리더십 담론을 비판적으로 검토하고, 신약성서가 제시하는 권위의 신학적 구조에 기초하여 케리그마적 권위 확증 모델(Kerygmatic Authority Confirmation Model)을 제안한다. 본 연구는 성경신학적 관점에서 하나님을‘말씀하시는 하나님’으로 이해하고, 케리그마를 하나님의 통치가 현재화되는 말씀-사건으로 규정한다. 이를 위해 말-행위 이론을 해석학적 틀로 활용하여 설교를 수행적 사건으로 이해하고, 사도행전 2장을 중심으로 오순절 케리그마가 회개와 믿음, 침례(세례), 공동체 형성, 디다케를 통한 공동체 성숙으로 이어지는 과정을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 권위는 하나님의 계시와 사도적 위임에 근거하여 말씀 선포 속에서 드러나며, 공동체 안에서 공적으로 확증됨을 밝혔다. 나아가 케리그마, 침례(세례), 주의 만찬, 디다케를 하나의 통합된 사건 구조로 이해함으로써 교회의 존재 방식과 영적 권위의 확증 과정을 설명하는 교회론적 모델을 제시한다.
