Modern believers require an active reflective tool that goes beyond the passive educational paradigm. Accordingly, this study proposed an ‘Integrated Reflective Journal Model’ as a holistic educational tool to realize the faith growth goals of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (the completion of the ‘Three Great Blessings’ and ‘Emulating True Parents’) in daily life. To this end, it synthesized the traditional ascent model of Christian spirituality history (Purification-Illumination-Union), James E. Loder’s 5-stage transformational theory, and the 5 stages of the Examen by Ignatius of Loyola. The 5-stage reflective journal model, which reinterprets these theoretical foundations through the standard of the Three Great Blessings, consists of: ① Discovering Grace and Gratitude, ② Supplication for the Illumination of the Holy Spirit, ③ Daily Check-up Based on the Standard of the Three Great Blessings, ④ Confession of Fallen Nature and Establishment of Indemnity Conditions, and ⑤ Resolution Towards Emulating True Parents. In particular, this model serves as a powerful spiritual medium that enables believers to vividly experience the presence of God and intimately resonate with the Shimjeong (heart) of True Parents, thereby leading to a practical resonance of spirit and flesh. This reflective journal is a practical spiritual training tool through which a believer objectifies inner conflicts into text and achieves ontological reconstruction every day. As future tasks, this study suggests conducting empirical effect verification in actual pastoral fields, developing a smartphone-based digital faith diary to increase accessibility, and establishing a spiritual coach training program for small group applications.

현대 신앙인에게는 듣기와 읽기 중심의 수동적인 교육 패러다임을 넘어선 능동적 성찰 도구가 요구된다. 이에 본 연구는 세계평화통일가정연합의 신앙성장 목표인 3대 축복 완성과 참부모님(문선명·한학자 선생) 닮기를 일상에서 실현하기 위한 통전적 교육도구로서 통합적 성찰일기 모형을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 기독교 영성사의 전통적 상승 모델(정화-조명-일치), 이냐시오 로욜라의 의식성찰 5단계, 제임스 로더의 변형 5단계 이론을 융합하였다. 이 이론적 토대를 3대 축복의 잣대로 재해석한 5단계 성찰일기 모형은 ① 은혜 발견과 감사, ② 성령의 조명 간구, ③ 3대 축복 기준의 일상 점검, ④ 타락성 고백과 탕감조건 수립, ⑤ 참부모님 닮기를 향한 결단으로 구성된다. 특히 본 모형은 매일의 일지 작성을 통해 일상 속에서 하나님의 임재를 생생히 경험하고 참부모님의 심정과 내밀하게 공명하여 영육의 실체적 교통을 이끌어내는 강력한 영적 매개체가 된다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 통합적 성찰일기는 단순한 과거의 회상이나 윤리적 기록장이 아니라, 신앙인이 내면의 갈등을 텍스트로 객관화하고 탕감과 결단을 통해 매일 존재론적 재구성을 이루어내는 통전적 영성 훈련 도구이다. 향후 과제로 목회 현장에서의 실증적 효과 검증, 접근성을 높인 스마트폰 기반 디지털 신앙 다이어리 개발, 소그룹 적용을 위한 영적 코치 양성 프로그램을 제언하였다.
