The activation of license plate seizures will prevent incidents of driving without mandatory insurance. The reduction of excessive workload resulting from the increase in special judicial police officers will enable more rapid investigative work. The provision of photographs to identify drivers and the establishment of standards for referral and transfer will allow for swift and accurate investigation. Expanded training opportunities will enable the performance of investigative duties with accuracy and confidence. Personnel management free from disadvantages will allow special judicial police officers to carry out energetic investigative work with pride.
