This study takes the wedding music of the Jiarong Tibetan people as its research object and analyzes it from three aspects: cultural background, wedding procedures, and musical characteristics. The findings show that this musical tradition was formed through the long-term development of a specific regional environment and traditional culture, exhibiting a distinct local character. The wedding presents a “dual-space parallel” structure, with activities occurring simultaneously inside and outside the ritual hall: the interior is centered on religious ceremonies, emphasizing solemnity and sacredness, while the exterior focuses on song and dance, reflecting openness and participation. Chanting music and Guozhuang music correspond to different spaces and functional needs; they complement each other and together form an overall musical structure that moves from the sacred to the secular. Overall, the wedding music of the Jiarong Tibetan people embodies a cultural connotation that integrates sacred and secular elements.

본 연구는 2023년 1월, 중국 쓰촨성(四川省, Sìchuān Shéng) 헤이수이현(黑水縣, Hēishúi xiàn)에서 실시한 현지조사를 바탕으로 자룽(嘉絨, Jiā róng) 티베트족 혼속(婚俗) 음악을 문화적 배경, 혼속 절차, 음악적 특징의 세 측면에서 분석한 것이다. 연구 결과, 해당 음악은 특정 지역 환경과 전통 문화의 역사적 전개 속에서 형성되어 뚜렷한 지역성을 지니고 있음을 확인하였다. 혼속은 경당 내부와 외부가 동시에 진행되는 ‘이중 공간’ 구조를 나타내는데, 경당 내부는 종교 의례를 중심으로 하여 엄숙한 신성성을 강조한다. 그리고 경당 외부는 가무 활동을 중심으로 개방성과 참여성을 보여준다. 독경(讀經, Sòngjīng)과 궈장(鍋莊, Guō zhuāng) 음악은 각각 서로 다른 공간과 기능에 대응하며, 상호 보완적으로 작용하여 신성의 영역에서 세속으로 이어지는 음악 구조를 형성한다. 종합하면 자룽 티베트족 혼속 음악은 신성성과 세속성이 결합된 문화적 의미를 반영하고 있다.
