Acoustic parameter has been a key indicator for an acoustic design and sound quality evaluation for the hall. However, a psychological feedback from audience provides more direct impression of what audience listen. Therefore, those two indicators were evaluated and compared to provide the best available acoustic output. Traditional acoustic parameter was measured through a sound measurement system, giving out 1.73 sec for reverberation time, 1.82 sec for early decay time, -0.50dB for clarity and 34% for definition. The psychological analysis was based on feedback from 434 audience for an exhibition performance. Audience rated eight categories related to the architecture acoustic, including reverberance, intimacy, loudness, intelligibility, clarity, warmth, balance and envelopment. Audience provided positive feedback with above 5 out of 7. There was no significant difference by gender and in each age groups, audience in their thirties replied with lower score. 2nd floor has an equivalent or higher rate than the 1st floor, which indicates that sound was distributed evenly in the entire hall.
