This study was conducted as a descriptive survey to examine the correlations among clinical practicum transition shock, resilience, clinical competence, and confidence in performing nursing skills among nursing students, and to identify factors influencing confidence in performing nursing skills. The participants were 153 nursing students from regions G and J, selected through convenience sampling, and data from 143 students were ultimately analyzed. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS version 26, employing descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The study found that nursing students’ confidence in performing nursing skills showed a positive correlation with resilience and clinical competence, while it was negatively correlated with practice transition shock. Results from hierarchical multiple regression analysis revealed that resilience and being in the third year of study were significant predictors of nursing skill performance confidence. Model 2 explained a total of 49.8% of the variance. Therefore, in order to enhance nursing students’ confidence in performing nursing skills, it is necessary to implement programs that strengthen resilience and support students in positively overcoming stress experienced during clinical practice. Such efforts are expected to help nursing students perform nursing skills more proficiently and confidently in clinical settings.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 실습전환충격, 회복탄력성, 임상수행능력, 간호술기 수행자신감 간의 상관관계를 파악하고, 간호술기 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위해 수행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 G도와 J지역의 간호대학생 153명을 편의표집하였으며, 이 중 143부의 자료를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 IBM SPSS/26 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 상관분석, 그리고 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 간호술기 수행자신감은 회복탄력성과 임상수행능력과 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 실습전환충격과는 음의 상관관계를 나타났다. 간호술기 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 실시한 위계적 다중회귀분석 결과, 간호술기 수행자신감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변인은 회복탄력성과 3학년으로 나타났으며, 모델 2의 총 설명력은 49.8%였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 간호술기 수행자신감을 높이기 위해서는 회복탄력성을 증진시키는 프로그램을 병행하여 학생들이 실습 중 겪는 스트레스를 긍정적으로 극복할 수 있도록 돕는 것이 필요하며, 이는 간호대학생이 임상 현장에서 간호술기를 보다 능숙하고 자신 있게 수행할 수 있도록 하는 데 기여할 것으로 판단된다.
