Recetly emergence of generative AI has accelerated the digital literacy gap, making the need for new multimedia literacy education increasingly crucial for realizing social value. While current policy implications and educational improvement directions primarily focus on digital information literacy, such as the use of digital devices, software, and artificial intelligence (AI), a closer analysis of the technological bias and dependency brought about by generative AI technology, through psychological and cognitive factor analysis, is more crucial than digital information literacy. Therefore, in this paper, we first analyzed the correlations between mediating and dependent variables used in the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM1,2,3) and the Unified Technology Acceptance Model(UTAUT1,2) to gradually expand the analysis of technology acceptance intentions for generative AI technology services. Furthermore, we designed UTAUT2 by adding and expanding independent and moderating variables to analyze the necessity of technology acceptance intentions and continued use intentions in using AI technology services.

최근 생성형 AI의 등장으로 인해 디지털 문해력 격차가 가속화되면서 사회적 가치 실현을 위한 새로운 멀티미디어-리터러시 교육의 필요성이 날이 갈수록 중요해지고 있는 가운데 우리나라 또한 2022년 개정 교육과정을 통해 디지털 리터러시의 중요성에 대해 강조하고 있으나 현재 정책적 시사점과 교육적 개선 방향이 주로 디지털 기기, 소프트웨어, 인공지능 활용에 포커스가 맞춰져 있다. 하지만 다양한 자원적 요소들이 상호작용하는 AI 생태계 특성상 향후 체계화된 멀티미디어-리터러시 교육을 수행하기 위해서는 AI 소비 주체자인 사용자의 사용 의도를 명확하게 인지하고 파악하는 것이 중요하기 때문에 디지털 정보 활용능력도 중요하지만 생성형 AI 기술을 수용 및 사용하는데 있어 생성형 AI 기술이 가져오는 기술 편향성 및 의존성 문제를 심리적, 인지적 요인 분석을 통해 면밀하게 분석하는 것이 그 무엇보다 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 생성형 AI 기술 서비스의 기술수용의도를 단계적으로 확장 분석하기 위해 먼저 기술수용모델(TAM1,2,3)과 통합기술수용모델(UTAUT1,2)에 사용되었던 매개 변인과 종속 변인간의 상관관계에 대해 분석하였으며 나아가 AI 기술 서비스를 이용하는데 있어 기술수용의도 및 지속사용의도의 필요성에 대해 분석하기 위해 기존 UTAUT2에 독립요인과 조절변인을 추가 및 확장해 이를 설계하였다.
