This study examines the performance structure of a regional historical–cultural festival and the determinants of visitor satisfaction, using the 33rd Yeongdo Bridge Festival as a case study. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 477 visitors, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results show that overall visitor satisfaction was generally high; however, satisfaction was influenced more strongly by perceptions of festival operation and management and contributions to local development than by content-related factors. Festival content appropriateness was not statistically significant, while professionalism showed only marginal effects, suggesting that in long-standing historical festivals, content functions as a basic expectation rather than a differentiating factor. In addition, this study introduced dance and performing arts experience as an independent factor and found that embodied and performative experiences significantly contributed to overall satisfaction. This indicates that dance and performing arts serve not merely as entertainment, but as core experiential elements that mediate place identity and communal meaning.

본 연구는 제33회 영도다리축제를 사례로 하여 지역 역사문화축제의 성과 구조와 방문객 만족도 형성 요인을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 축제 방문객 477명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 방문객 특성 분석, 만족도 인식 수준 분석, 전반적 만족도 결정요인에 대한 다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 영도다리축제는 전반적으로 높은 방문객 만족도를 보였으며, 만족도 형성에 있어 콘텐츠의 흥미성이나 구성 적절성보다는 운영 및 관리의 적절성과 지역발전 기여도에 대한 인식이 핵심적인 영향 요인으로 나타났다. 반면 콘텐츠 및 내용 적절성은 전반적 만족도에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았고, 전문성 및 완성도는 한계적인 수준의 영향만을 보였다. 이는 장기간 지속되어 온 역사문화축제의 경우, 콘텐츠가 방문객에게 기본적 기대 요인으로 작용하며 만족도의 차별성은 운영 안정성과 장소 기반 의미 인식에서 형성됨을 시사한다. 아울러 본 연구는 무용·공연예술 경험요인을 독립적 성과 요인으로 설정하여 분석하였으며, 그 결과 무용·공연예술을 통한 수행적·체험적 경험이 전반적 만족도 형성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 무용·공연예술이 지역 역사문화축제에서 단순한 프로그램 요소를 넘어, 장소성 및 공동체적 의미를 매개하는 핵심 경험 요인으로 기능함을 보여준다.
