In this paper, the level of retirement satisfaction and its influencing factors were empirically analyzed for the elderly (60-74 years old). The analysis data are data from the 9th National Retirement Security Panel of the National Pension Service, and statistical analysis was conducted on 1,005 retirees. The results indicated that satisfaction with economic status, health status, and leisure life were key factors exerting significant positive effects on retirement satisfaction, with leisure life satisfaction showing the strongest influence. These findings suggest that economic stability, health maintenance, and support for meaningful leisure activities are essential for enhancing retirement satisfaction among early older adults. However, the use of cross-sectional data limits causal interpretation, highlighting the need for future longitudinal research to provide more in-depth analysis.

본 논문에서는 전기 고령자(60세-74세)를 대상으로 은퇴만족도 수준과 그 영향 요인을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 자료는 국민연금연구원의 제9차 국민노후보장패널 자료이며, 은퇴자 1,005명을 대상으로 통계분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 성별과 연령은 은퇴만족도와 유의한 관련성이 없었으나, 교육수준과 은퇴 자발성 여부는 교차분석에서 유의미한 연관성을 보였다. 특히 자발적으로 은퇴한 집단의 은퇴만족도가 비자발적 은퇴자보다 높게 나타났다. 다중회귀분석 결과는 경제상태만족도, 건강상태만족도, 여가생활만족도가 은퇴만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 핵심 요인으로 확인되었고 그 중에서 여가생활만족도의 영향력이 가장 크게 나타났다. 본 연구는 전기 고령자의 은퇴만족도 향상을 위해 경제적 안정, 건강 유지, 의미 있는 여가활동 지원의 중요성을 시사한다. 다만 횡단자료의 한계로 인과관계 규명에는 제한이 있으며, 향후 종단연구를 통한 심층 분석이 요구된다.
