This study examined the relationships among early childhood teachers' grit, positive psychological capital, and play support competence, and investigated the effects of grit and positive psychological capital on play support competence. The participants were 231 teachers from early childhood education institutions located in K and N cities. The instruments used in this study included measures of grit, positive psychological capital, and play support competence. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0. Correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationships among teachers' grit, positive psychological capital, and play support competence, and multiple regression analysis was performed to investigate the effects of grit and positive psychological capital on play support competence. The results showed, first, significant positive correlations among early childhood teachers' grit, positive psychological capital, and play support competence. Second, both grit and positive psychological capital were found to have significant effects on play support competence. These findings indicate that early childhood teachers' grit and positive psychological capital are key factors that significantly influence play support competence. This study contributes to a better understanding of the relationships among these variables and provides a foundation for developing effective play support strategies.

본 연구는 유아교사의 그릿과 긍정심리자본 및 놀이지원역량과의 관계를 살펴보고, 그릿과 긍정심리자본이 놀이지원역량에 미치는 영향력을 분석하고자 한다. 연구대상은 K시와 N시에 위치한 유아교육기관의 교사 231명이며, 본 연구에 사용된 도구는 그릿, 긍정심리자본, 놀이지원역량 검사도구이다. 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 본 연구는 SPSS 27.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 유아교사의 그릿과 긍정심리자본 및 놀이지원역량과의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관관계분석을 실시하였으며, 그릿과 긍정심리자본이 놀이지원역량에 미치는 영향력을 분석하기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구문제에 따른 연구결과는 첫째, 유아교사의 그릿과 긍정심리자본 및 놀이지원역량 간에 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 그릿과 긍정심리자본 변인 모두 놀이지원역량에 유의한 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 유아교사의 그릿과 긍정심리자본이 놀이지원역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 주요 변인임을 확인하였다. 이는 유아교사의 그릿과 긍정심리자본 및 놀이지원역량과의 관계를 이해하고, 효과적인 놀이지원 전략 개발을 위한 방안 마련의 기초자료를 제공하는 데 의미가 있다.
