As the elderly population living alone increases, we recognized that medication adherence is becoming a critical health issue. We aimed to analyze the current status of medication management and digital literacy to provide data for tailored support services. We conducted 1:1 structured interviews with 140 participants aged 65 and older and analyzed the data using SPSS 27.0. We found that while 88.6% took medication regularly, most relied on family (57.3%) or memory (31.4%), with only 11.3% using digital tools. Despite high smartphone ownership (77.1%), 72.2% did not use alarms. However, we confirmed that those with digital experience perceived a significantly higher need for new automated services (p<.05). Unlike previous studies that emphasized general social support, we identified the specific correlation between digital experience and technology acceptance. We conclude that reducing the digital divide through intuitive UI/UX and automated systems integrated with daily routines is essential. We believe this study contributes to developing healthcare algorithms that improve self-care capabilities.

본 연구는 고령자의 건강관리 실태와 디지털 활용 능력을 파악하여 맞춤형 지원 서비스 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 만 65세 이상 노인 140명을 대상으로 1:1 면접조사를 실시하고 통계 분석하였다. 연구 대상자의 88.6%가 정기 복약 중이나, 주로 가족(57.3%)이나 기억(31.4%)에 의존하며 디지털 기기 활용은 11.3%에 그쳤다. 높은 스마트폰 보유율(77.1%) 대비 알람 기능 미사용률(72.2%)이 높았으나, 사용 경험자는 신규 서비스 필요성을 유의하게 높게 인식했다. 주요 요구 사항은 간편한 사용성(97.7%)과 시각적 편의성(94.3%)이었다. 고령자의 디지털 격차를 해소하기 위해 직관적인 UI/UX와 생활 루틴을 반영한 자동화된 일정 관리 시스템 개발이 필요하다.
