This study aims to compare and analyze curriculum satisfaction factors influencing university students' core competencies from two perspectives: between-individual differences and within-individual changes. Data were collected from pre- and post-assessments of core competencies and curriculum satisfaction surveys conducted at University A, and standardized residuals and multiple regression analyses were performed using SPSS 28.0. The results showed that satisfaction with general and major curricula had positive effects on the level of core competencies, whereas changes in core competencies were positively influenced by satisfaction with learning competency enhancement programs, career and employment support programs, as well as general and major curricula. These findings indicate that factors influencing core competency levels differ from those driving their development, supporting core competencies as developmental attributes shaped through education. This study provides empirical evidence for competency-based curriculum improvement and educational outcome management.

본 연구는 대학생의 핵심역량에 영향을 미치는 교육과정만족 요인을 개인 간 차이와 개인 내 변화량이라는 두 관점에서 비교·분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 A대학교에서 재학생을 대상으로 실시한 핵심역량 사전·사후 진단과 교육과정만족 자료를 활용하였다. 수집자료는 SPSS 28.0을 활용하여 표준화된 잔차 산출, 위계적 중다회귀분석, 중다회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 대학생의 핵심역량 수준(개인 간 차이)에는 교양 교육과정과 전공 교육과정이 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 핵심역량 변화량(개인 내 변화량)에는 학습역량강화 프로그램, 취창업지원 프로그램, 교양 교육과정, 전공 교육과정이 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 핵심역량의 수준과 변화 과정에 기여하는 요인이 상이할 수 있음을 시사하며, 핵심역량이 단일 시점에 고정적으로 규정되는 성취가 아닌, 교육경험을 통해 형성·강화되는 발달적 특성임을 뒷받침한다. 본 연구는 대학 교육과정이 학생의 핵심역량 수준과 변화에 미치는 차별적 역할을 규명함으로써, 핵심역량기반 교육과정 개선과 교육성과 관리의 방향 설정을 위한 실증적 근거를 제공한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
