Factors Influencing Nursing Students' Interprofessional Collaboration Competencies

- Purpose This study aimed to examine the relationships among nursing students' communication skills, team intimacy, peer trust, and interprofessional collaboration competency, and to identify factors influencing their interprofessional collaboration competency. Methods This descriptive study was conducted from October 1 to October 30, 2025, with students enrolled in two nursing departments in cities D and C. The collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS/WIN 25.0, using descriptive statistics, independent-samples t-tests, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. Results The results revealed that team intimacy and peer trust were influential factors influencing nursing students' interprofessional collaboration competency, accounting for 12.1% of the variance. Conclusion. In conclusion, the development of educational programs that foster emotional bonds and trust is necessary to enhance nursing students' interprofessional collaboration competency.. - 본 연구는 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 팀내 친밀감, 동료신뢰 및 전문직 직종 간 협업역량간의 관계를 확인해 보고 간호대학생들의 전문직 직종 간 협업 역량에 미치는 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 서술적 연구로서 D, C시에 소재한 2개의 간호학과에 재학중인 학생들을 대상으로 2025년 10월 1일부터 10월 30일까지 실시되었다. 수집된 데이터는 IBM SPSS/WIN 25.0을 통해 기술통계, 독립표본 T검정, 분산분석, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 전문직 직종 간 협업 역량 영향요인은 팀내 친밀감과 동료신뢰도 나타났으며, 변수의 설명력은 12.1%로 나타났다. 결론적으로 간호대학생의 전문직 직종 간 협업역량 향상을 위해 정서적 유대와 신뢰 형성을 촉진하는 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다 할 수 있겠다.
