- With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies into healthcare settings has made digital literacy and AI competency essential skills for nurses. We designed this study to examine the effectiveness of EduTech-based Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in enhancing the core competencies of nursing students. A quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest structure was employed, involving 104 nursing students from C city in G province (52 in the experimental group and 52 in the control group). The experimental group participated in an EduTech-based PBL program integrated into a nursing research course, while the control group received traditional lecture-based instruction. The measured variables included AI thinking ability, AI literacy, collaboration competence, and self-directed learning ability. The results showed that the experimental group demonstrated significantly greater improvements in AI thinking ability and AI literacy compared to the control group. These findings suggest that EduTech-based PBL is effective in improving AI-related competencies among nursing students and highlight that instructional designs integrating digital technologies and active learner participation can serve as strategic approaches for cultivating future nursing professionals equipped for the digital healthcare environment.proach for fostering future nursing professionals equipped for technologically advanced healthcare environments.

- 4차 산업혁명의 도래로 인공지능(AI)과 디지털 기술이 보건의료 현장에 빠르게 통합되면서, 간호사에게는 디지털 리터러시와 AI 역량이 필수적인 핵심 역량으로 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 에듀테크기반 문제중심학습이 간호대학생의 핵심 역량, 특히 AI 사고력과 AI 리터러시 향상에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위해 설계되었다. 연구 설계는 비동등성 대조군 전후 설계를 적용한 유사실험연구로, G도 C시에 소재한 간호대학생 104명을 대상으로 하였으며, 실험군 52명과 대조군 52명으로 구성되었다. 실험군은 간호연구 교과목에서 에듀테크 기반 PBL 프로그램에 참여하였고, 대조군은 전통적인 강의식 수업을 제공받았다. 측정 변수는 AI 사고력, AI 리터러시, 협동역량, 자기주도학습역량이었다. 연구 결과, 실험군은 대조군에 비해 AI 사고력과 AI 리터러시에서 통계적으로 유의한 향상을 보였다. 이러한 결과는 에듀테크 기반 PBL이 간호대학생의 AI 관련 핵심 역량을 효과적으로 증진시킬 수 있음을 시사하며, 디지털 기술과 학습자의 능동적 참여를 통합한 교수·학습 설계가 디지털 헬스케어 환경에 적합한 미래형 간호 전문인력 양성을 위한 전략적 교육 방안이 될 수 있음을 강조한다.
