This descriptive study aimed to identify factors influencing the thriving of nursing students. The participants were 217 nursing students in B metropolitan city who completed a structured self-reported questionnaire measuring general characteristics, mental well-being, grit, and negative emotions (depression, anxiety, stress). Data were analyzed using SPSS 28.0 through descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that thriving had a significant positive correlation with mental well-being (r=.75, p<.001), grit(r=.46, p<.001) and a negative correlation with negative attachment(r=-.60, p<.001). Significant predictors of thriving among nursing students were parental attachment (β=-9.31, p=.021), romantic relationship experience (β=-5.65, p=.021), mental well-being (β=1.17, p<.001), negative affect (β=-.75, p<.001), grit (β=.71, p=.003). These variables accounted for 67.9% of the total variance in thriving (F=72.87, p<.001). Specifically, higher levels of mental well-being and grit, lower negative affect, and the absence of a romantic relationship were associated with higher levels of thriving.. These findings provide foundational data for developing tailored programs that promote mental health, emotional regulation, and interpersonal competence among nursing students.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 번영(thriving)에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위해 수행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 B광역시 소재 간호대학생 217명이며, 구조화된 자가 보고형 설문지를 이용하여 일반적 특성, 정신적 웰빙, 그릿, 부정적 정서(우울, 불안, 스트레스)를 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 28.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 간호대학생의 번영은 정신적 웰빙(r=.75, p<.001)과 그릿(r=.46, p<.001)과 유의한 정적 상관관계, 부정적 정서와 부적 상관관계(r=-.57, p<.001)를 보였다. 간호대학생 번영에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 부모와의 관계(β=-9.31, p=021), 이성 교제 경험(β=-5.65, p=021), 정신적 웰빙(β=1.17, p<.001), 부정적 정서(β=-.75, p<.001), 그릿(β=.71, p=.003)으로 나타났다. 간호대학생 번영 영향 요인의 전체 설명력은 67.9%이며, 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다(F=72.87, p<.001). 즉, 부모와의 관계가 나쁠수록, 이성 교제 경험이 있는 경우 번영이 낮아지고, 정신적 웰빙과 그릿이 높을수록 부정적 정서가 높을수록 번영이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 번영을 향상시키기 위한 기초자료로서, 정신건강 증진과 정서 조절, 관계 역량 강화를 위한 맞춤형 교육 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제시한다.
