This study explored both the perceived necessity and the performance level of healing activities among 337 families of persons with disabilities. Healing activities were categorized into emotional, active, and rest-oriented healing. Perceived need and performance levels were rated on a six-point Likert scale. A paired sample t-test was conducted to identify discrepancies between perceived need and actual performance, and an Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) was used to visualize their relationship. Results showed that the perceived need of healing was above 4.3 across all types, while performance levels were below 2.0, and the differences between the two were significant for all items. IPA results indicated that emotional healing mainly fell into Quadrant I (high need-high performance), active healing showed diverse distributions, and rest-oriented healing was located in Quadrant II (high need-low performance). Practical implications are discussed for developing healing programs tailored to families' needs.

이 연구는 장애인가족의 힐링 필요성 인식과 해당 활동을 수행한 경험을 파악하고 관계 분포를 분석하여 힐링 현황을 탐색적으로 살펴보고자 실시한 것이다. 조사자료는 장애인가족 337사례의 설문지이다. 장애인가족의 힐링은 정서적 힐링(5개 활동), 활동형 힐링(7개 활동), 휴식형 힐링(3개 활동)으로 유형을 구분하였으며, 필요성 인식과 수행경험의 수준을 각각 0~5점의 6점 척도로 확인하였다. 분석은 필요성과 수행경험 수준의 대응차 확인을 위해 대응표본 t-test방법을 활용하였으며, 필요성(중요도)과 수행경험(수행도)의 관계 분포를 직관적으로 확인하기 위해 IPA를 활용하였다. 연구결과 장애인가족의 힐링의 필요성은 모든 유형에 4.3이상의 높은 평균값을 보였으나, 힐링 활동 수행경험은 평균 2점 미만의 낮은 점수를 보였다. 필요성과 수행경험의 대응차는 모든 항목에서 2점 이상으로 큰 격차를 보였으며, 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. IPA 결과, 정서적 힐링은 주로 좋은 성과를 보여 유지가 요구되는 1사분면에 분포하며, 활동형 힐링은 활동에 따라 다양한 분포를 보였고, 휴식형 힐링은 모두 노력을 집중해야한다고 판단되는 2사분면에 분포하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 기반하여 장애인가족의 힐링활동에 관한 제언을 하였다.
