Kant established the transcendental structure of the spirit, thereby referencing its initial conditions. However, Negarestani argues that Kant’s speculative reason failed to transcend the subjectivity of experience, seeking to overcome this through the Hegelian concept of Spirit(Geist). Therefore, Spirit acquires universality through the objectification of the spirit itself, taking itself as an object of consciousness. Because for both Negarestani and Yuk Hui, the consideration of reflection is possible by analogizing it with the operation of an organic machine. And this logical structure is an individuation of a computational language game, where the recursion of that language game realizes the overall process of syntactic form and the resulting semantic-content. Ian Cheng’s BOB is an example of simulating the operation and realization of intelligence through visible signs. Becausethe recursive interaction between BOB(intelligence) and the audience(environment) goes beyond the intelligence structure of a single individual to emerge the norm as a logical structure of the collective spirit, the ‘coherentist web.’ However,in today’s technological landscape, the universalization of norms is stabilized into automated loops by corporate illusions of fairness and efficiency. Therefore, KairUs’s Ideal Behavior suspends this automation process to trace its logic and norms, thereby interrogating the rationality within automated loops once again. As discussions on artificial intelligence become more active today, philosophical foundational research on ‘intelligence,’ ‘cognition,’ and ‘spirit’ is required. Therefore, a historical-philosophical deconstruction of the structures of spirit and intelligence is necessary. In conclusion, this study maintains the position of German Idealism, which permeates contemporary interdisciplinary philosophy, engineering, and science, as its primary interpretive framework. And it emphasizes the role of art as a practice of the theoretical foundations discussed.

칸트는 정신의 초월적 구조를 제시함으로써 그 초기 조건을 준거했다. 그러나 네가레스타니는 칸트의 사변적 이성이 경험의 주관성을 넘어서지 못했다 판단하며, 이를 헤겔의 정신(Geist) 개념으로 극복하려 한다. 따라서 정신이 자기 자신을 의식의 대상으로 삼는, 정신 자체의 객체화를 통해 보편성을 획득한다. 때문에 네가레스타니와 육 후이 모두에게 반성에 관한 고찰은 유기체적 기계의 작동과 유비됨으로써 가능하다. 그리고 이 논리 구조는 계산적 언어 게임의 개체화로, 그 언어 게임의 재귀는 구문론으로서 형식과 그로 인해 발생하는 의미론-내용이라는 전반적 과정을 실현한다. 이안 쳉의 는 지능의 작동과 실현을 가시적 기호로 시뮬레이션하는 사례이다. 때문에 BOB(지능)-관객(환경)의 재귀적 상호작용은 BOB라는 단일 개체의 지능 구조를 넘어 일관주의적 웹(coherentist web)이라는 총체적 정신의 논리 구조로서 규범을 출현케 한다. 그러나 오늘날 테크놀로지의 양상에서는 규범의 보편화는 공정성, 효율성이라는 기업의 가치적 환상에 의해 자동화된 루프로 안정화된다. 따라서 카이루스의 는 이 자동화 과정을 유예하여 그 논리와 규범을 추적하여 자동화 루프에서의 합리성을 다시금 질문한다. 오늘날 인공지능에 관한 논의가 활발해짐에 따라 ‘지능’, ‘인지’, ‘정신’에 관한 철학적 기조 연구가 요구된다. 따라서 정신과 지능의 구조에 관한 철학사적 해제가 필요하다. 결론적으로본 연구는 그 해석의 일차적 프레임워크로 동시대의 간학제적 철학, 공학, 과학을 관통하는 독일 관념론의 입장을 견지한다. 그리고 이론적 토대의 실천으로서 예술의 역할을 강조한다.
