Objectives: This study aimed to examine the dual mediating effects of learning flow and academic self-efficacy on the relationship between digital literacy and academic achievement among nursing students, and to provide foundational data for establishing effective educational strategies. Methods: A self-administered online survey was conducted from October 20 to November 19, 2025, with 200 nursing students from universities in Busan, South Korea. The survey measured digital literacy, learning flow, academic self-efficacy, and academic achievement. The dual mediating effects were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and PROCESS macro ver.4.2. Results: Data from 200 participants were included in the final analysis. Digital literacy (B=0.173, p=0.023), learning flow (B=0.481, p<0.001), and academic self-efficacy (B=0.175, p=0.003) had significant effects on academic achievement. Conclusion: An integrated educational strategy that enhances digital competency while promoting learning flow and improving academic self-efficacy is necessary to improve academic achievement in nursing education.

목적: 본 연구는 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시와 학업 성취도 간의 관계에 있어 학습 몰입 과 학업적 자기효능감의 이중 매개효과를 규명하고, 효과적인 교육 전략 수립을 위한 기초 자 료를 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다. 방법: 2025년 10월 20일부터 11월 19일까지 부산광역시 소재 대학교 간호대학생 200명을 대상으로 자기기입식 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사는 디지털 리터러시, 학습 몰 입, 학업적 자기효능감, 학업성취도를 측정하였다. 이중 매개효과는 SPSS 23.0과 PROCESS macro ver.4.2를 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과: 최종 분석에는 200명의 참여자 데이터가 포함되었다. 디지털 리터러시(B=0.173, p=0.023), 학습 몰입(B=0.481, p<0.001), 학업적 자기효능감(B=0.175, p=0.003)은 학업성취도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 간호교육의 학업성취도를 향상시키기 위해서는 디지털 역량을 강화하고 학습 흐름을 촉진하며 학업적 자기효능감을 향상시키는 통합적인 교육 전략이 필요하다.
