보육교사의 창의성 교육 수강 경험이 자율적 지지 행동에 미치는 영향 : 문제해결 리더십의 매개효과를 중심으로
The Effects of Early Childhood Teachers’ Experience in Creativity Education on Their Autonomy-Supportive Behavior : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Problem-Solving Leadership
This study aims to analyze the structural relationship between childcare teachers' experience in creativity education, problem-solving leadership, and autonomy-supportive behavior. A structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis was conducted on 193 childcare teachers in Gyeonggi and Incheon areas. The results revealed that while experience in creativity education did not directly influence autonomy-supportive behavior, it had a significant effect through the complete mediation of problem-solving leadership. These findings suggest that to enhance childcare teachers' autonomy-supportive behavior, it is essential to move beyond knowledge-oriented creativity education and establish an integrated support system that strengthens field-centered, practical problem-solving leadership.

본 연구는 보육교사의 창의성 교육 수강 경험, 문제해결 리더십, 자율적 지지 행동 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하고자 경기도·인천 지역 보육교사 193명을 대상으로 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 창의성 교육 경험은 자율적 지지 행동에 직접 영향을 미치지는 않았으나, 문제해결 리더십을 통해서만 자율적 지지 행동에 영향을 미치는 완전 매개효과가 확인되었다. 이는 보육교사의 자율적 지지 행동 강화를 위해 단순 지식 전달을 넘어 현장 중심의 실천적 문제해결 리더십을 함양할 수 있는 통합적 지원 체계가 필요함을 시사한다.

INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
