Background/Objectives: This study aims to explore how nurses understand and experience grit in theirprofessional lives. Methods/Statistical analysis: We conduct in-depth interviews with 10 nurses who practice in infertility settings. The participants shared their personal stories about overcoming challenges, staying motivated, and sustaining commitment throughout their nursing careers. Findings: The interview data will be organized into themes reflecting the meaning and role of grit, such as perseverance, motivation, coping strategies, and professional growth. Application/Improvements: The findings are expected to provide valuable insights into how grit shapes nurses’ job satisfaction, resilience, and retention.

본 연구는 난임센터에서 근무하는 간호사들이 자신의 전문직 경력에서 그릿을 어떻게 이해하고 경험하는지 탐색하고자 하였다. 난임센터에서 근무하는 간호사 10명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 진행하였고, 연구 참여자들은 어려움의 극복, 동기 부여 유지, 그리고 지속적인 헌신에 대한 개인적 경험을 공유하였다. 난임센터 간호사의 그릿은 인내, 동기 부여, 대처 전략, 전문직적 성장 등 투지의 의미와 역할을 반영하는 주요 주제로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 난임센터 간호사의 그릿이 직무 만족도, 회복탄력성, 재직 유지에 미치는 구체적인 영향력을 파악하였으며, 이는 향후 간호 인력 관리 방안을 모색하는 데 도움이 될 수 있다.
