School mottos are a core component of school culture and play a crucial role in the transmission of ethnic culture. This study, focusing on Chinese-Korean schools in Jilin Province, aimed to deeply explore the cultural transmission mechanisms of Chinese-Korean school mottos. Combining theoretical analysis and empirical research, the study found that Chinese-Korean school mottos in Jilin Province reflect the characteristics of “bilingualism and biculturalism” in terms of content, and organically integrate traditional and modern elements in terms of form. Furthermore, the cultural transmission of Chinese-Korean school mottos is primarily realized through four mechanisms: curriculum integration, fostering school culture, strengthening conscious activities, and cooperation between home, school, and society. However, the process of Chinese-Korean school motto transmission also faces various challenges, such as the impact of globalization, intergenerational cultural gaps, and the uneven distribution of educational resources. Consequently, this study proposes an optimized path for Chinese-Korean school motto cultural transmission, focusing on “cooperation among various actors, integration of multiple channels, and multi-layered integration.” This approach aims to enhance the effectiveness of Chinese-Korean schools and provide theoretical foundations and practical reference materials for the distinctive development of Chinese-Korean education.

교훈은 학교 문화의 핵심적 구성요소로서 민족 문화의 전승에 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구는 길림성 조선족학교를 연구 대상으로 설정하고, 교훈의 문화적 계승 메커니즘을 심층적으로 탐구하고자 하였다. 이론 분석과 실증 조사를 병행한 연구 결과, 길림성 조선족학교의 교훈은 내용 측면에서 ‘이중 언어와 이중 문화’라는 두가지 특징을 반영하고 있으며, 형식 측면에서도 전통적 요소와 현대적 요소가 유기적으로 융합되어 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 교훈의 문화 전승은 주로 교과과정 통합, 학교문화 조성, 의식 활동 강화, 가정–학교–사회의 협력이라는 네 가지 메커니즘을 통해 구현되고 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 그러나 동시에 교훈의 전승 과정은 세계화의 영향, 세대 간 문화 인식 격차, 교육 자원의 불균등 분배 등 다양한 도전에 직면해 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 ‘다양한 주체의 협력, 다중 경로의 융합, 다층적 연동’을 핵심으로 하는 교훈 문화 전승의 최적화 경로를 제시함으로써, 조선족학교 교육의 실효성을 제고하고 조선족 교육의 특색 있는 발전을 위한 이론적 근거와 실천적 참고 자료를 제공하고자 한다.
