The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status of courses related to physical expression activities in national universities of education and to develop a lecture program aligned with the Expression domain of the 2022 Revised Physical Education Curriculum. To achieve this purpose, course titles and syllabi related to physical expression activities were collected and analyzed. A literature review methodology was employed to categorize the data in terms of course structure, content composition, instructional methods, and alignment with the national curriculum. The results indicated that many universities operated practice-oriented classes centered on specific dance genres, while a hierarchical structure based on Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) was only partially reflected. In addition, some courses integrated expression activities with sports content, and relatively few systematically incorporated creative, appreciative, and evaluative competencies. These findings suggest partial inconsistency with the 2022 Revised Physical Education Curriculum, which emphasizes a hierarchical structure grounded in fundamental movement skills and an integrated approach to expression literacy.

본 연구의 목적은 교육대학교 신체표현활동 관련 교과목의 운영 현황을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 2022 개정 체육과 교육과정의 표현 영역에 부합하는 강의 프로그램을 개발하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 전국 교육대학교의 신체표현활동 관련 교과목 편제 및 강의계획서를 수집·분석하였다. 자료 분석은 문헌연구 방법을 적용하여 교과목 명칭, 내용 구성, 수업 운영 방식, 교육과정 연계성 측면에서 범주화하였다. 분석 결과, 다수 대학에서 특정 무용장르 중심의 실기 위주 수업이 운영되고 있었으며, 기본 움직임(Fundamental Movement Skills)을 기반으로한 단계적 구성은 제한적으로 나타났다. 또한 표현 영역이 스포츠 활동과 혼합되어 운영되는 사례도 확인되었으며, 창작·감상·평가 역량을 체계적으로 포함한 강좌는 상대적으로 부족하였다. 이는 2022 개정 체육과 교육과정이 제시하는 기본 움직임 기반의 위계적 구조 및 표현 리터러시 통합 접근과 부분적으로 불일치하는 측면이 있음을 시사한다. 이에 본 연구는 기본 움직임을 출발점으로 스포츠·전통·현대 표현 유형으로 확장되는 단계적 구조를 반영하고, 창작·수행·감상 활동을 통합한 강의 프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램 개발 과정에서는 ADDIE 교수설계 모형을 적용하여 체계성과 타당성을 확보하였다.
