The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of digital literacy, self-efficacy, and career adaptability on learning satisfaction among middle-aged learners. To this end, data from 427 middle-aged learners aged 40 to 64 who had learning experience within the past year were analyzed. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that digital literacy, self-efficacy, career adaptability, and learning satisfaction all exhibited significant positive correlations, with the relationship between career adaptability and learning satisfaction showing the strongest tendency. Furthermore, digital literacy and career adaptability had a significant positive effect on learning satisfaction, with career adaptability identified as a relatively more important influencing factor. Conversely, self-efficacy did not have a significant effect on learning satisfaction. These findings suggest that to enhance the learning satisfaction of middle-aged learners, it is crucial to create a learning environment that supports career exploration and career transitions, along with strengthening digital literacy.

이 연구의 목적은 중장년학습자의 디지털 리터러시, 자기효능감, 진로적응성이 학습만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 최근 1년 이내 학습 경험이 있는 만 40세 이상 64세 이하 중장년학습자 427명의 자료를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과 디지털 리터러시, 자기효능감, 진로적응성, 학습만족도는 모두 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였으며, 특히 진로적응성과 학습만족도 간의 관계가 가장 높은 경향을 나타냈다. 또한 디지털 리터러시와 진로적응성은 학습만족도에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 진로적응성이 상대적으로 더 중요한 영향 요인으로 확인되었다. 반면 자기효능감은 학습만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 중장년학습자의 학습만족도를 높이기 위해 디지털 리터러시 강화와 함께 진로 탐색 및 경력 전환을 지원하는 학습 환경 조성이 중요함을 시사한다.
