This study conducted a Delphi survey to derive specific indexes of key knowledge, skills, and procedures needed to professionally conduct assessment in music therapy clinical practice. Twenty-one music therapy experts participated in the delphi survey panel, and through three rounds of surveys, consensus was reached on the components of assessment literacy in music therapy clinical practice. The six categories of components of assessment literacy included assessment preparation, assessment implementation, analysis and interpretation of assessment results, documentation and communication, assessment ethics, and continuing education and supervision, and a total of 41 items were derived as detailed items. Details of continuing education and supervision to enhance assessment literacy were also identified. Regular training on the latest information related to assessment and specific application methods for assessment tools is necessary. It is also necessary to check the therapist’s own assessment literacy through self-assessment. This study is significant in that it provides a foundation for strengthening assessment literacy by identifying the details of the components of assessment literacy in music therapy clinical practice.

본 연구는 음악치료 임상에서 평가를 전문적으로 시행하는 데 필요한 핵심 지식과 기술, 그리고 절차에 대한 구체적인 지표를 도출하고자 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 음악치료 전문가 21명이 델파이 조사 패널로 참여하였으며 3차에 걸친 설문을 통해 음악치료 임상에서의 평가 전문성 구성요인에 대한 합의를 도출하였다. 평가 전문성 구성요인의 여섯 가지 범주로 평가 준비, 평가 실행, 평가 결과의 분석 및 해석, 문서화 및 의사소통, 평가 윤리, 보수교육 및 슈퍼비전이 포함되었으며 세부 항목으로 총 41항목이 도출되었다. 평가 전문성 강화를 위한 보수교육 및 슈퍼비전의 세부 내용도 확인되었는데, 평가 관련 최신 정보와 평가도구의 구체적 활용 방법 등에 대한 정기적인 교육이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 또한, 자기평가를 통해 치료사 자신의 평가 전문성을 점검할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 음악치료임상평가 전문성 구성요인에 대한 세부 내용의 확인을 통해 평가 전문성 강화의 토대를 마련하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
