The purpose of this study was to examine the ethical issues that should be considered when developing or utilizing morality assessment tools, as well as the validity and reliability of psychological testing tools. The research analyzed 5 moral assessment tests based on moral element, research participants, validity, reliability, the type of test, the type of questions, original researcher, pretest, and sampling. The results are as follows: first, most of moral tests did not include ethical discussion on the moral element of the test. Second, most of moral tests focused on moral judgment. Third, the subjective and descriptive assessments were not used. The future development of morality assessments requires an ethical discussion of the concept of morality. Ongoing panel studies are required to validate the moral assessment test.

본 연구의 목적은 도덕성 검사 도구를 개발 혹은 활용할 경우 고려해야 할 윤리적 이슈와 심리 검사 도구의 타당도 및 신뢰도를 살펴보고, 그 조건들에 따라 기존의 도덕성 검사 도구들을 분석하는 것이다. 도덕성 검사들을 분석하기 위해 윤리적 기준과 심리검사의 조건에 따라 5가지 도덕성 검사도구를 선정하여 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과로는 윤리학적 논의가 거의 이루어지지 않았으며 검사 도구의 대다수가 도덕판단력 측정에 치우쳐 있었고, 서술형 주관식 평가가 없었음이 나타났다. 향후 도덕성 검사를 개발할 경우 도덕성 개념에 대한 윤리적 논의가 요구되며 검사 도구의 타당화를 위한 지속적인 패널 연구가 요구된다.
