This study is a descriptive survey research aimed at identifying clinical practice satisfaction, communication competence, problem-solving abilities, critical thinking disposition, and field practice adaptation levels among nursing students, who are pre-health professionals, and at determining the factors influencing field practice adaptation. The subjects were students enrolled in three nursing colleges located in the Daejeon and Chungcheong regions, with a total of 151 questionnaires included in the final analysis. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 25.0 program. The results revealed that clinical practice satisfaction(β=.525, p<.001) and critical thinking disposition(β=.230, p=.013) significantly influenced nursing students' adaptation to field practice, explaining 26.8% of the variance. These findings suggest that nursing students' adaptation to clinical practice is shaped by there perceptions of the clinical learning environment and there cognitive abilities. They provide important implications for establishing educational strategies to improve the clinical practice environment and enhance critical thinking skills in future nursing education practice.

본 연구는 예비 의료인인 간호대학생을 대상으로 임상실습 만족도, 의사소통 능력, 문제해결 능력, 비판적 사고 성향 및 현장실습 적응 수준을 파악하고, 현장실습 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자 는 대전･충청 지역에 소재한 3개 간호대학에 재학 중인 학생으로, 총 151부의 설문지가 최종 분석에 포함되었다. 수집된 자 료는 SPSS WIN 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 간호대학생의 현장실습 적응에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인은 임상실습 만족도(β=.525, p<.001)와 비판적 사고 성향(β=.230, p=.013)으로 나타났으며, 이들 요인의 설명력은 26.8%이었다. 이러한 결과는 간호대학생의 현장실습 적응이 임상실습 학습환경에 대한 인식과 학습자의 사고 역량에 의해 형성되는 과정임을 시사하며, 향후 간호교육 실무에서 임상실습 환경 개선과 비판적 사고 역량 강화를 위한 교육 전략 수립에 중요한 시사점을 제공한다.
