Noncompliance with security policies can lead to damage to judicial assets; therefore, a Court Security Officer(aka;CSO) must strictly adhere to security policies to ensure effective asset protection. Accordingly, to protect judicial assets from physical threats, enhancing the Security Policy Compliance Willingness(aka;SPCW) of CSO has emerged as a critical task. Against this, this study examines how Organizational Trust(aka;OT) and Organizational Commitment(aka;OC) influence the SPCW of CSO. To achieve this, a quantitative analysis was conducted using survey data collected from 217 CSO which are working at Seoul, Busan, Daejeon and Suwon High Courts. The empirical results demonstrate that OT has a positive (+) effect on OC, and OC has a positive (+) effect on SPCW among CSO. However, OT does not have a direct positive effect on SPCW, and it was also fully mediated through OC. Based on these results, this presents several implications, including the development of security policies that reflect the perspectives of CSO, the immediate correction of CSO units that operate command structures not stipulated in formal regulations, and the active provision of resources necessary to strengthen OT, OC, and ultimately SPCW. This study has limitations, including its reliance on quantitative research methods and the regional constraints of the sample.

보안정책을 준수하지 않을 시 자산의 피해가 초래되므로 보안업무 담당자는 자산보 호를 위해 보안정책을 반드시 준수해야한다. 따라서 물리적 위협으로부터 사법부의 자 산을 보호하기위해서는 법원보안관리대원이보안정책을 준수하려는의지를 제고할 수 있는방도를마련하는 것이필수과제로 부각되고있다. 이에이 연구는 법원보안관리대 원의 조직신뢰와 조직몰입이 보안정책 준수의지에 미치는 영향을 통계적으로 분석해 보안정책 준수의지를 고양할 수 있는 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서울·부산· 대전·수원고등법원 관내에서 근무하는 법원보안관리대원을 217명을 대상으로 연구를 시행하였다. 그 결과 조직신뢰는 조직몰입에 정(+)적 영향이 있었고, 조직몰입은 보안 정책 준수의지에 정(+)적 영향이 있었다. 반면, 조직신뢰는 보안정책 준수의지에 정 (+)의 직접영향이 없었고, 조직몰입을 경유해 완전매개 하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으 로 이연구에서는 법원보안관리대원 의견을 반영한 보안정책 수립, 예규에명시되지 않 은 지휘체계를 도입한 법원보안관리대에 대하여 즉각적인 시정조치, 보안업무에 필요한 자원 적극 지원 등을 추진해야 한다는 시사점을 제시하였다.
