This study aimed to examine the general trends effects of preschool teachers’ emotional intelligence, organizational creativity, and play support competence, to investigate the relationships among these variables, and to analyze the effects of emotional intelligence and organizational creativity on play support competence. The subjects were early childhood teachers working in Gyeongsangnam-do who were responsible for children aged 3-5 years. From August 6 to August 12, 2025, the preschool teachers' emotional intelligence, organizational creativity, and play support competence were measured. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0, employing descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA), and hierarchical regression analysis. The results showed the following. First, preschool teachers’ emotional intelligence, organizational creativity, and play support competence differed significantly according to their general characteristics. significant positive correlations were found among emotional intelligence, organizational creativity, and play support competence. Third, teachers’ final educational level, number of children in the class, emotional intelligence, and organizational creativity were identified as significant predictors of play support competence. These findings indicate that emotional intelligence and organizational creativity are key factors that positively influence preschool teachers’ play support competence, suggesting the need for teacher education programs and institutional support systems to enhance preschool teachers’ abilities to support children’s play.

이 연구는 유아교사의 감성지능과 조직 창의성이 놀이지원역량의 일반적 경향과 이들 변인 간의 관계를 알아보고, 감성지능과 조직 창의성이 놀이지원역량에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 목적이 있 다. 연구대상은 경남지역에 근무하는 만 3-5세 담당 유아교사로 2025년 8월 6일부터 8월 12일까지 유아교사의 감성지능, 조직 창의성, 놀이지원역량을 측정하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0 프로그 램을 활용하여 기술통계분석, 일원배치 분산분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아 교사의 감성지능, 조직 창의성과 놀이지원역량은 일반적 특성에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있 었다. 둘째, 유아교사의 감성지능, 조직 창의성과 놀이지원역량 간에는 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것 으로 나타났다. 셋째, 놀이지원역량에 영향을 미치는 변인은 교사의 최종학력과 담당학급 유아수, 감 성지능, 조직 창의성이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 유아교사의 감성지능과 조직 창의성이 놀이지 원역량에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인임 규명함으로써 교사교육 프로그램 개발과 기관 차원의 지원 체계 구축이 필요함을 시사한다.
