The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a maker activity program focused on making daily life items applying Hallyu(Korean Wave) contents for pre-service elementary teachers, aimed at fostering the maker competency and creative-convergence competency emphasized in the 2022 Revised Practical Arts Curriculum. To achieve this, convergence points between making daily life items in Practical Arts and Hallyu contents were derived through literature review and analysis of textbooks and curricula. The study was conducted following the 'Analysis-Development-Validation' procedure based on Instructional Systems Design(ISD). The results of this study are as follows. First, six convergence themes were selected by linking the ‘Living Environment and Sustainable Choice’ domain of the curriculum with Hallyu culture. The developed sub-topics include ‘Baejeop Hanji(traditional korean paper) Wallet’, ‘Obangsaek(five cardinal colors) Wish Bracelet’, ‘Jogakbo(traditional patchwork) Pincushion’, ‘12 Zodiac Saekdong(colorful stripes) Keyring’, ‘Traditional Pattern Mousepad’, and ‘Knot Decoration Norigae(traditional ornaments)’. Second, to strengthen the maker competency of pre-service elementary teachers, the educational design process was restructured into a 3-stage ‘TMS (Tinkering-Making-Sharing)’ model. This practical model lowers the entry barrier to skill acquisition through material exploration(Tinkering) and emphasizes idea realization (Making) and sharing(Sharing). Third, the developed program showed high validity across all areas as a result of verification by eight experts, and the final program was established by supplementing safety education and reflection activities. This study is significant in that it presents a Practical Arts teaching-learning model that moves away from function-centered education and induces learners' creativity through cultural codes.

이 연구는 예비 초등교사를 대상으로 한류콘텐츠를 적용한 생활용품 만들기의 메이커활동 프로그램 을 개발하고 타당성을 검증함으로써 2022 개정 실과 교육과정에서 강조하는 메이커 역량과 창의융합 역량을 함양하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 실과의 생활용품 만들기 영역과 한류 콘텐츠 간의 융합점을 교과서, 교육과정 및 관련 문헌 분석을 통해 도출하였다. 연구 절차는 ‘분석–개발–검증’ 단계 에 따른 교수체제설계(ISD)방식으로 수행하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 세가지로 요약하였다. 첫째, 실과 교육과정의 생활용품만들기 영역과 한류 콘텐츠 를 연계하여 여섯 가지 융합 주제를 선정하였다. 개발된 소주제는 ‘한지 카드지갑’, ‘오방색 소원팔찌’, ‘조각보 바늘꽂이’, ‘12간지 띠 색동 키링’, ‘전통문양 마우스패드’, ‘매듭장식 노리개’로 하였다. 둘째, 예 비 초등교사의 메이커 역량 강화를 위해 교육 설계 과정을 ‘탐색–제작–공유(TMS)’의 3단계로 하였다. 본 모형은 재료 탐색을 통한 기술 습득의 진입 장벽을 낮추고 아이디어 구체화와 결과물 공유를 강조 하는 메이커활동 중심의 학습 모형이다. 셋째, 개발된 프로그램은 8인의 전문가 검증결과 대부분의 항 목에서 높은 타당도를 보였으며 안전교육 및 성찰활동을 보완하여 최종 프로그램으로 확정하였다. 결론적으로, 본 연구는 기능 중심 교육을 탈피하여 문화적 코드를 통해 학습자의 창의성을 유도하는 실과 교수‧학습 프로그램을 제시하였다.
