Purpose of Research : The purpose of this study is to find a service-learning plan linked to early childhood language education for pre-service early childhood teachers. Through this, it is expected to be used as basic data for the early childhood teacher curriculum based on service-learning. Research Content and Method : This study developed a service-learning based picture book (a total of 7 types) for disability awareness improvement for young children during the first semester of 2024 (March 7, 2024 to June 13, 2024) for 37 pre-service early childhood teachers who are taking early childhood language education for the third graders of S Theological University in Gyeonggido. Service-learning was conducted at a total of 10 institutions of integrated daycare centers with disabilities in connection with the Support Center for Childcare in Ggu. Conclusion and Suggestions : The service-learning plan linked to early childhood language education consisted of the preparation and planning stage, the execution and monitoring stage, and the reflection and feedback stage. In order to achieve meaningful service-learning, first, it is necessary to form a close organic relationship with local community organizations in order to achieve smooth service-learning. Second, a linked curriculum that integrates learning and service is necessary. Third, it is important to provide and support opportunities for students to prepare, plan, implement, and evaluate themselves voluntarily, not simply participate in volunteer activities. Fourth, opportunities and processes for reflection and reflection on service-learning are needed. Finally, service-learning proceeds well in quality, and continuous monitoring and evaluation of what students have experienced and learned are needed. 연구 목적 : 본 연구는 예비유아교사를 대상으로 유아언어교육 연계 서비스러닝 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 통해, 서비스러닝 기반의 유아교사 교육과정에 대한 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다. 연구내용 및 방법 : 본 연구는 경기도 S신학대학교 유아교육과 3학년 대상으로 유아언어교육을 수강하는 예비유아교사 37명을 대상으로 2024년 1학기 15주 수업(2024년 3월 7일 ~ 2024년 6월 13일)동안 서비스러닝기반의 장애인식개선 그림책(총 7종)을 개발하여 유아대상 장애인식개선활동을 하였다. G구육아종합지원센터와 연계하여 장애통합어린이집 총 10기관에서 서비스러닝이 이루어졌다. 결론 및 제언 : 유아언어교육 연계 서비스러닝 방안은 준비 및 계획 단계, 실행 및 모니터링 단계, 성찰 및 환류 단계로 구성되었다. 의미있는 서비스러닝이 되려면, 첫째, 지역사회기관과의 밀접한 유기적 관계 형성이 필요하다. 둘째, 학습과 봉사를 통합하는 연계교육과정이 필요하다. 셋째, 학생이 단순히 봉사활동에 참여하는 것이 아니라, 스스로 자발적으로 준비, 계획, 실행, 평가할 수 있는 기회제공 및 지원이 중요하다. 넷째, 서비스러닝에 대한 성찰과 반성에 대한 기회 및 과정이 필요하다. 마지막으로 서비스러닝이 질적으로 잘 진행되고, 학생들이 무엇을 경험하고 배움이 있었는 지 등에 대한 지속적인 모니터링과 평가가 필요하다.
