This descriptive study aimed to examine the effects of nursing professionalism and career decisionmaking self-efficacy on career preparation behavior among nursing students. The participants were 181 nursing students from two universities in G City. Data were collected via a Google-based online survey conducted between June 1 and June 30, 2025. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 23.0, employing descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Scheffé’s post hoc test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. The mean scores were 3.79±0.50 for nursing professionalism, 3.45±0.61 for career decision-making self-efficacy, and 3.44±0.89 for career preparation behavior. Career preparation behavior demonstrated statistically significant positive correlations with nursing professionalism (r=.23, p<.001) and career decision-making self-efficacy (r=.41, p<.001). Significant predictors of career preparation behavior were career decision-making self-efficacy (β=.42, p<.001), nursing professionalism (β=.32, p<.001), and major satisfaction (β=.22, p<.001), explaining 42% of the variance. The findings of this study may serve as foundational evidence for the development of career guidance programs designed to facilitate effective career planning and promote professional development among nursing students.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호전문직관, 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술 적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 G시 소재 2개 대학에 재학중인 간호대학생 181명을 대상으로, 자료수집은 2025년 6 월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 구글 온라인 설문을 통해 실시하였다. 연구자료는 SPSS 23.0 program으로 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’ test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 간호전문직관 점수는 3.79±0.50점, 진로결정 자기효능감 점수는 3.45±0.61점, 진로준비행동 점수는 3.44±0.89점으로 나타났다. 진로준비행동 은 간호전문직관(r=.23, p<.001), 진로결정 자기효능감(r=.41, p<.001)과 각각 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈 다. 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인은 진로결정 자기효능감(β=.42, p<.001), 간호전문직관(β=.32, p<.001), 전공만족도 (β=.22, p<.001) 순이었고, 설명력은 42%이었다. 본 연구 결과는 간호대학생의 효과적인 진로 설계와 전문직 성장 지원을 위 한 진로지도 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
