Purpose: This study compared oxygen + lymph drainage (OLG) and ultrasound + lymph drainage (ULG) for postoperative recovery following facial plastic surgery. Methods: A total of 16 participants underwent six sessions, and physical indicators were analyzed via repeated measures analysis of variance. Results: Both groups exhibited significant time effects: OLG was more effective in reducing early swelling, whereas ULG enhanced elasticity and moisture in later stages. Conclusion: Structured recovery care was effective after at least three sessions.

목적: 본 연구는 안면 성형수술 후 회복을 위해 시행된 산소+림프 배출 관리(OLG)와 초음파+림프 배출 관리(ULG)의 효과를 비교 하고자 하였다. 방법: 총 16명의 참여자가 2주간 6회기의 회복관리 프로그램을 받았으며, 신체적 지표 변화를 반복측정 분산분석 (repeated measures ANOVA)을 통해 분석하였다. 결과: 두 집단 모두 시간에 따른 유의한 변화가 나타났으며, OLG는 초기 부종 감 소에, ULG는 후기 탄력 및 수분 개선에 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 체계적인 회복관리 프로그램은 최소 3회기 이상 적용 시 안면 성형 후 회복에 효과적인 것으로 확인되었다
