This study aimed to explore nursing students’ perceptions of good classes and provide foundational data to enhance the quality of nursing education. The participants were 205 nursing students enrolled at three universities in Korea. Data were analyzed using Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA) to assess the levels of importance and satisfaction. The results showed that classes designed to arouse interest, those featuring active interaction and feedback between professors and students, those reflecting students’ opinions through communication, classes utilizing lectures by clinical experts with extensive field experience, classes providing feedback on assignments and examinations, and classes conducted in environments similar to clinical settings were perceived as highly important but had low satisfaction levels, indicating areas requiring intensive improvement. In contrast, classes that promoted collaboration among healthcare professionals were perceived as having low importance and satisfaction; however, they were identified as essential for developing interdisciplinary collaboration competencies necessary for solving complex health problems. These findings suggest that nursing education should shift from a knowledge transmission approach to one that fosters students’ interest and participation, emphasizing practice-oriented learning connected to clinical settings. Therefore, nursing educators should establish instructional strategies that reflect students’ levels and needs, while institutions should create learner-centered educational environments by managing the quality of practice settings and strengthening feedback-based evaluation systems.

본 연구는 간호대학생이 인식하는 좋은 수업의 특성을 탐색하여 간호교육의 질 향상을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 연구 대상은 국내 3개 대학교에 재학 중인 간호대학생 205명이었다. 자료 분석은 IPA를 활용하여 중요도와 만족도를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 흥미를 느낄 수 있도록 구성된 수업, 교수와 학생 간 상호작용과 피드백이 활발한 수업, 학생들과 소통하며 의견을 반영하는 수업, 현장경험 이 풍부한 임상 실무자의 특강을 활용한 수업, 과제와 시험에 대한 피드백을 제공하는 수업, 임상과 유사한 환경에서 진행되는 수업은 중요도는 높게 인식되었으나 만족도는 낮게 나타나 집중적인 개선이 필요한 영역으로 확인되었다. 반면, 보건의료 인력 간 협력을 촉진하는 수업은 중요도가 낮게 인식되었으나, 복잡한 건강 문제해결을 위한 학제 간 협력 역량 함양의 측면에서 간호교육에서 필요성이 높은 요소로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 간호교육이 지식 전달 중심에서 벗어나 학습자의 흥미와 참여를 유도하고, 임상 현장과 연계된 실무 중심 교육으로 전환되어야 함을 시사한다. 따라서 교수자는 학습자의 수준과 요구를 반영한 교수 전략을 수립하고 교육기관은 실습환경의 질 관리와 피드백 중심의 평가 체계 강화를 통해 학습자 중심의 교육 환경을 조성할 필요가 있다.
