Provincial medical centers in Korea have developed and evolved in response to social and cultural changes. Funeral facilities within these centers have also undergone significant transformation through processes of expansion and renovation, leading to major changes in architectural planning. This study closely examines and analyzes the initial design proposals and the subsequently modified current plans of funeral halls in three local medical centers, focusing on their operational and spatial developments. The analysis explores changes in the spatial composition, arrangement, and scale of these funeral halls. By investigating and analyzing the growth and transformation of funeral halls in local medical centers, this study aims to provide fundamental data and guidelines for establishing architectural planning directions for future funeral facilities, deriving three key conclusions.

우리나라 지방의료원은 사회적 문화적 환경변화에 따라 성장과 변화하여 왔다. 장례식장 또한 증개축과정 을 거쳐 건축계획적 요소들이 대폭 변화되었다. 3개의 지방의료원 장례식장의 초기 계획안과 추후에 변화 된 현재 안의 변화와 운영에 대하여 면밀히 조사하고 분석하였다. 장례식장의 공간구성과 배치 그리고 규모의 변화를 분석 하였다. 지방의료원 장례식장의 성장변화를 조사 분석하여 앞으로 계획될 장례식장의 건축계획적 지침과 방향 설 정에 자료를 제공할 목적으로 조사 분석하여 3개의 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 지방의료원 장례식장이 공간구성은 과거에 비교하여 세분화 다양화 되게 변화되었다. 둘째, 지방의료원 장례식장은 과거에는 본관 지하층에 소규모로 운영되었으나, 증설하는 경우 모두 본관과는 떨어진 몇 개 층의 별동형으로 배치되었다. 셋째, 지방의료원 장례식 장은 과거에 비교하여 대규모로 면적이 증가하였다. 뿐만 아니라 지방의료원 연면적 증가를 고려하여도 크게 증가 하였으며, 장례식장의 면적구성 비율도 대폭 증가하였다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
