This study, framed by the theories of spatial production and collaborative innovation, explores in depth the interactive logic of spatial governance, industrial collaboration, and community building in the context of rural revitalization. Through the case analysis of the "Tangkou Space" model in Tangkou Town, the study finds that rural revitalization is not solely driven by policy promotion or industrial development, but rather is a dynamic cyclical process in which the reconstruction of space, industrial collaboration, and community building are interrelated and mutually reinforcing. The research includes a detailed discussion of how Tangkou Space ensures the sustainability of both local communities and the economy. The reconstruction of space provides the material basis and institutional platform for industrial development and community building, which directly contributes to the activation of the local economy. Furthermore, industrial collaboration has a positive impact on community welfare, stimulating the local economy and strengthening the social relations and capital within the community. Community building, through the cultivation of social capital and sense of place, ensures the sustainability of both space and industrial operations, encouraging local residents to actively participate in community activities. The study demonstrates that the Tangkou Space model has achieved an organic integration of agriculture, culture, and tourism, promoting collaborative industrial development, while maintaining a balance between heritage protection and tourism development.

본 연구는 공간 생산 이론과 협동 혁신 이론을 프레임워크로 하여, 농촌 활성화 과정에서 공간 재구성, 산업 융합 및 공동체 구축 간의 상호작용 논리를 심도 있 게 탐구하였다. 탕코우의 공간문화 융합 사례 분석을 통해 농촌 활성화가 단일 차원의 정책 추진이나 산업 발전에 의존하는 것이 아니라, 공간 재구성, 산업 융합 및 공동체 구축이 서로 유기적으로 연결되는 동적 순환 과정임을 발견하였다. 본 연구는 특히 탕코우 공간이 어떻게 지역 사회와 경제의 지속 가능성을 보장하는지 에 대한 구체적인 논의를 포함하고 있다. 공간의 재구성은 산업 발전과 공동체 구축을 위한 물질적 기반과 제도적 플랫폼을 제공하며, 이는 지역 경제 활성화와 직 결된다. 또한 산업 융합은 공동체의 복지에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐, 지역 경제를 활성화하고, 동시에 공동체 내부에서 발생하는 사회적 관계와 자본을 강화한다. 공 동체 구축은 사회 자본과 지역 의식을 배양함으로써 공간과 산업의 지속 가능성을 확보하고, 공동체 활동에 지역 주민들의 적극적 참여를 유도한다. 본 연구는 탕 코우 공간 모델이 농업, 문화, 관광의 유기적 결합을 실현하며 산업 융합 발전을 촉진하고, 유산 보호와 관광 개발 간의 균형을 이룬다는 점을 강조한다.
