The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of women's rookieism on self-efficacy. Correlation analysis was conducted to find out the correlation between the rookieism perceived by the study subjects and self-efficacy, and regression analysis was conducted to test the hypothesis. The discussion is as follows. First, it was found that rookieism had a positive effect on self-efficacy. Second, similar comparisons of rookieism were found to have a positive effect on self-efficacy. Third, the upward comparison of rookieism was found to have a positive effect on self-efficacy. Now that women's social advancement and media development have made it a social atmosphere that values appearance, rookieism has changed the view of the beauty of appearance from a socio-cultural objective view to a more subjective view, and individual satisfaction and importance in life have been established high in the culture of modern society. Therefore, according to the analysis results of this study, it can be seen that women's rookieism can be a positive factor that increases self-efficacy and increases life satisfaction.
