The meaning of fashion jewelry is changing with the changes and developments in society. There is a growing trend to place importance on creative design as much as on expensive materials or outstanding techniques, resulting in the value of artworks being recognized as they convey symbolic messages to the general public. Various attempts are being made to change the perception of fashion jewelry among the general public and other artists, and the number of enthusiasts who own or enjoy fashion jewelry as personal artworks is expanding. In accordance with the trend of fashion jewelry, this paper aims to expand the functionality and design significance of fashion jewelry, and to create a new expression of fashion jewelry that has movement according to the wearer's movements by constructing the structure of fashion jewelry in a dual manner. As a method for this, I researched the movements of contemporary art through literature and investigated the types of movements, applying this to the characteristics and trends of fashion jewelry to design fashion jewelry that actually incorporates movement as an element. Based on this design, we introduced elements of movement into fashion jewelry and created a new direction in fashion jewelry by repeating or reconstructing geometric shapes based on the diversifying trends of modern fashion jewelry.

사회의 변화와 발전에 따라 패션주얼리에 대한 의미가 변화하고 있다. 값비싼 재료나 뛰어난 기술에 못지않게 창의적인 디자인을 중요시하는 경향이 높아지며, 일반 대중들에게 상징적인 메시지를 전달해주는 예술품으로서 가치 를 부여하게 되었고 일반인 또는 다른 예술가들에게 패션주얼리에 대한 의식을 변화시키려는 다양한 시도들이 이루 어지고 있으며 개인예술품으로써 패션주얼리를 소유하거나 즐기는 마니아들이 확대되고 있다. 이런 패션주얼리의 흐 름에 따라 본 논문에서는 패션주얼리의 기능 확대 및 디자인적 의미를 첨가하고 패션주얼리의 구조 자체를 이중으로 구성하여 착용자의 움직임에 따라 패션주얼리에 움직임을 갖게 되는 새로운 표현의 패션주얼리를 제작하고자 하는 목적이 있다. 이를 위한 방법으로 문헌을 통하여 현대 미술의 무브먼트에 대해 알아보고, 움직임의 유형에 대한 조사 를 하여 이를 패션주얼리의 특성과 흐름에 대입시켜 실제로 움직임을 요소로 하는 패션주얼리를 디자인하였다. 우리 는 이러한 디자인을 바탕으로 움직임의 요소를 패션주얼리에 도입하고 현대 패션주얼리의 다변화되는 경향을 토대로 기하학적인 형태를 반복 또는 재구성하여 새로운 방향의 패션주얼리를 제작하였다.
